Custom sounds expensive, can I get a free quote?
At K&M, we provide free quotes to help you explore your options and work closely with you to create designs that fit both your vision and your budget. From the initial consultation to the final installation, we focus on delivering beautiful, custom-built pieces while finding solutions that meet your needs and investment.
Can you keep our old home's personality when expanding?
We understand that expanding an older home means preserving the character and charm that makes it special. We take pride in creating custom designs that blend seamlessly with existing architecture, matching details such as millwork, trim, cabinetry, and finishes to maintain the home’s original personality. With careful craftsmanship and attention to detail, we help homeowners add space and function while honoring the history and unique style of their home.
What kinds of lead times should I expect?
Because every piece is custom built to your specifications, lead times for custom cabinets can vary depending on the scope of the project, materials, finishes, and other details but are typically 4-8 weeks. Our process focuses on careful planning, quality craftsmanship, and attention to every detail to ensure your cabinets are built correctly and made to last. We believe communication is an integral part of this process and will provide clear timelines throughout the process and keep you informed from design through installation.
What are K&M's payment terms?
We require 50% of the quoted price upon approval of the final details. The final 50% plus any tax, delivery or upgrade charges are due upon pickup or delivery.
